Documents required for registration:

1- Fill in application form

2-  A copy of Child Emirates ID (front and back)

3- A copy of Parent Emirates ID (front and back)

4- A copy of the child's passport and resident visa
5- A copy of the passport of the parent & resident visa

6- Four passport size photos of the child

7- Birth Certificate

For the medical file:

1-Fill up the medical form

2 -A copy of updated vaccination card

3- Any medical reports, in case the child has a medical problem
